To be fair, I think she's nervously laughing about how those criminal acts of 200 years ago (popularized in that "hilarious" trilogy of "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies) has resurfaced. It's still a bit odd reconciling what only a few years ago we considered "Treasure Island" activity and this stuff, even I have to say.
