Highlights Of Luzerne County Judges' Corruption Case

* In an interview found on WILK Federal Prosecutor Gordon Zubrod states that the court has asked him to interview every potential victim and provide a full report along with a pre-sentencing report.

* A website has been set up so victims can download a form, fill it in, and send it to the F.B.I. for follow up. From the Times Leader- "The Office of U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Martin Carlson, his office has launched a Web site for the public to stay updated on the ongoing investigation of corruption in the county judiciary system."

On the website is the following information- "If you believe that you were a victim of an offense being prosecuted as part of the Luzerne County corruption prosecutions, and if you want to learn more about your rights as a victim, please contact us in writing at the following address: United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Attention: Laurie Reiley, P.O. Box 11754, Harrisburg, PA 17108. Please include details that explain why you feel you are a victim in this case."


* Restitution can include the salaries that Judges Conahan and Ciavarella earned while the corruption occurred.

* Forfeitures will be used to reclaim any amount of restitution

* Financial analyses will be turned over to the court per plea agreements
