48 New Charges Only Further Embarrasses Luzerne County Court

A federal grand jury has issued an indictment against former judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan, charging them with racketeering racketeering, fraud, money laundering, extortion, bribery and federal tax violations and that they received millions of dollars in illegal payments in connection with alleged improper actions to facilitate the construction and operation of juvenile detention facilities owned by Pa and Western Pa child care.

Let's hope a big trial will shed new light on the Luzerne County Courthouse. Let's hope the national media will cover it also.

pretty interesting when you go to the Luzerne County election office website, and look under campaign finance reports for Conahan.

Has anyone noticed the quotations around the words "quid pro quo", in the indictment? Now what does loser Ciavarella have to say. EAT YOUR WORDS CREEP!
